In the Vegetable Category, the five types mentioned below has significant cold nature, people with cold – weak body constitution should reduce or refrain from consuming these vegetables.

Other types of vegetables are suitable to consume stir-fried. However, the cold nature increases if blended into vegetable juice or cooked as soup, thus cold – weak physical should reduce or avoid consumption of vegetable juice or soup.
