Information for new patient
首次就诊的注意事项

• For first-time patient’s visit, please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment time for registration procedure.
  初诊病人需提早20分钟抵达，以进行登记手续。
• Please bring along relevant blood test report, imaging reports (such as X-ray, MRI, CT, US) and details of your current medicine/ supplement.
  请携带有关血检，影像报告与服用中的药物或保健品名字。
• DO NOT undergo acupuncture treatment with empty stomach, to prevent possible discomfort symptoms during treatment process.
  请确保勿空腹前来进行治疗，以避免出现不适反应。
• The estimating duration for consultation and treatment is about 1 to 1 ½ hour.
  病人的诊治时间需大约1小时 – 1个小时半。
• Our examination method is mainly palpation, which is based on Micro Perception in-Depth（MPID）standard, and complemented with the implementation of pulse diagnosis and tongue diagnosis.
  我们的检查方法主要依据微观辨识标准（MPID）以触诊为主，并配合脉诊与舌诊。
• Our treatment method is mainly Acupuncture and manipulation. We will also prescribe Chinese Herbal medicine according to patient’s need. The treatment method is determined by our Physician based on your body’s conditions. During Acupuncture, we might use electro acupuncture machine or infrared heat lamp for treatment purpose. Moreover, our patient may need to maintain in sitting position or lying in supine/ prone/ side position during treatment session.
  我们的治疗方法主要以针灸与手法为主，同时也配中药给予所需的病人，治疗方案将由主治医师定制。针灸时，也许会配合电针仪或是红外线灯进行治疗。治疗过程中，在患者的配合下需要维持坐位、平卧、俯卧或侧卧的体位让医师治疗。
• Our Acupuncture needles are single-use disposable needles.
  本诊所所使用的针具均为一次性使用。
• DO take note of the advices given by our Physician. This might include precautions and relevant medical checkups needed. On the other hand, we might provide you an advice list regarding to your health issues.
  医师嘱咐患者的注意事项、所需的现代医疗检查或各种禁忌，请铭记或自行记录起来，需要时我们将提供所嘱咐的事项列表。
• Please be advised that we will arrange walk-in patient according to physician’s availability. Patients are NOT allowed to choose their attending physician, except for given circumstances.
  Walk-in 病患将由前台负责安排看诊医师与登记，除非情况允许，否则不能自选医师。

Outstation patient
外地病患注意事项

• Outstation patients are recommended to book in advance treatment appointments for a few consecutive days.
  本诊所建议外地病患一次性预约数天的看诊时间，以方便治疗。
• For outstation patients, Kenwingston Square Garden is recommended for staying, you can find and book through Airbnb or OYO Homes.
  外地病患与家属若逗留数日，建议可暂时居住于 Kenwingston Square Garden。 病患或家属可以透过Airbnb或OHO Homes查找预定。
