Invited Speaker for UTAR-IMU Interprofessional Learning Camp
Dr. Tham Hui Saan served as an engaging speaker at the UTAR–IMU Interprofessional Learning Camp, an event that brought together Chinese Medicine and MBBS students from UTAR and IMU. Her presentation added depth to the camp’s mission of strengthening interdisciplinary understanding and building lasting professional connections among future healthcare leaders.
Dr Tham Hui Saan focused on introducing the ancient Chinese medicine’s understanding of human biology, analysing diseases from the perspective of Chinese medicine, and introducing the clinical application of the biological perspective of Chinese medicine with the aim of promoting patient-centered integrated care and enabling the modernization and contemporary understanding of Traditional Chinese medicine concepts.
